The Mid-Autumn Festival!

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a traditional festival celebrated in Chinese culture. This festival was celebrated in conjunction with others:

  1. Mid-Autumn Festival.

  2. Teachers' days

Dr Hang Yang a multi-talented Chinese Medicine Doctor. Not only did she win the first prize for the best music combination prize (最佳配乐奖: 杨 航《谷雨饮茶》), but she also is the Master of the Chinese Fan Martial arts group with UWC dancers at the City Hall in Cape Town.


Ms Wilma Hugo, an English and Mandarin-speaking South Africa, won the third prize for the best-written essay (三等奖: 于静《春运,一个老外的故事》).
