The 2nd “China to Cape” Book Fair Opened in Cape Town

On August 30, the opening ceremony of the 2nd “From China to Cape” Book Fair was held at Watershed, V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The event attracted a large number of local residents and students who actively participated.
This year’s book fair showcased over a thousand books provided by China International Book Trading Corporation, South Africa’s LOOT.CO.ZA, Higher Education Press, China Finance and Taxation Magazine, Yilin Press, Jiangsu Phoenix Education & Vocational Books Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing & Media Group, vividly demonstrating cultural exchange and cooperation between China and South Africa.
At the event, the Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine at the University of the Western Cape also set up a special stall featuring traditional Chinese medicinal jewelry, attracting many visitors to stop by and learn about it.
