Join us for Taichi exercise, an ancient Chinese martial art that seamlessly combines physical activity with meditation. This gentle and flowing exercise is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels.


Time: Every Thursday, 14:00-14:50

Venue: Confucius Institute Office on the top floor of the B Block Building; alternatively, weather permitting, found us outside the office, between A Block and B Block.
