Roadshow at the Faculty of Education

On February 25, the Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine at the University of the Western Cape (CI at UWC) visited the Faculty of Education for an engaging roadshow event.

During the session, Wilma Hugo, a local teacher at the Confucius Institute, provided a detailed introduction to the institute, covering its academic research, community involvement, cultural activities, international collaborations, and service offerings. She also shared her personal study experience in China and introduced scholarship opportunities for studying in China.

This roadshow not only strengthened the connection between CI at UWC and the Faculty of Education but also created new possibilities for future collaborations in education, linguistics, and cultural exchange. Associate Professor Sun Haofeng, the Chinese Co-Director of the Institute, attended the event.
