Rector of the University of the Western Cape visits Chinese Consulate General in Cape Town

Prof Pretorius, the Rector of the University of the Western Cape (UWC), visited the Consulate General of China in Cape Town. Since the arrival of the Consulate General of China in Cape Town, this is the first time they have met.
