University of the Western Cape students and Alumni were very well represented at the workshop hosted by the Consulate General of China in Cape Town on 18 November.

The participants included students who have travelled and stayed in China. It was amazing to hear the stories. Dr Iris Wu presented at the opening speech, and Ms Welma Hugo shared her stories from when she was in China.

Really enjoyed reading "New Era of South Africa and China friendship", and a few points were immediately actionable for me. A detail that stayed with me: University of the Western Cape New Era of South Africa and China. The transcribe audio online angle was especially helpful for what I'm working on.
