Confucius Institute at the University of Mauritius and Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine at the University of the Western Cape Successfully Host Chinese Painting Workshop

From April 22nd to 25th, the Chinese and Mauritian directors of the Confucius Institute at the University of Mauritius, Fu Mingduan and Kistama, along with dispatched teachers Zhang Kangfu and Li Xiaoxia, visited the Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. During the visit, a Chinese painting workshop was successfully held, attracting over thirty students to participate in creating traditional Chinese paintings, while thousands of students appreciated the art exhibition. This workshop greatly sparked the interest of local students in Chinese painting and promoted the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture.
