CI Student at UWC Wins Excellence Award in "Chinese Bridge" Competition

On May 31,2025, the24th “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for University Students – South Africa Regional Final was successfully held at the Cape Town Marriott Hotel Crystal Towers in Century City.

The event was organized by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China and featured the theme “One World, One Family.”

Jeanette Julius, a student from the Confucius Institute for Chinese Medicine at the University of the Western Cape, stood out with her fluent Chinese and deep understanding of Chinese culture, winning the Excellence Award and showcasing the talent and spirit of the CI student.
