Ambassador Chen Xiaodong's Letter was Delivered to Sinovuyo Mkula by the Education Division.

The Chinese education team in Western Cape, led by Education Counselor, recently met with South African scholar Sinovuyo Mkula. The team was on a special mission: to deliver a letter from Mr Li Xudong (李旭东), the Counsellor of Education at the Chinese Embassy. The handover ceremony took place at the University of the Western Cape. The letter was presented to Sinovuyo Mkula, a prominent scholar and an influential figure in South Africa's academic scene, specifically in Sino-African studies.
